Account Closure & Suspension

Financial Transactions & Payment Policy
Deposit Policy
dhh88 supports Bangladesh's main mobile banking and payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfers (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). All deposit transactions are carried out in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).

Withdrawal Policy
A minimum of ৳500 is required to withdraw funds from dhh88. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawn funds are sent back to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

- Winnings cannot be withdrawn if bonus wagering requirements have not been met

Bonus & Promotion Policy
Welcome Bonus Terms
dhh88 offers new members a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. To withdraw the bonus after receiving it, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount.
Another example: If you deposit ৳18,000 you will receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus (120% would be ৳21,600, but the cap is ৳10,000), giving a total balance of ৳28,000.
- Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus
- The wagering requirement must be met within the specified time from the date the bonus is received
- Each user may receive this bonus only once
- If the bonus is abused or manipulated, it will be cancelled
General Bonus Terms
All bonus offers are subject to their associated terms and conditions. dhh88 reserves the right to offer, modify, or withdraw bonuses at any time. Attempting to abuse bonuses may result in account closure.
- A person may receive bonuses through one account only
- Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is prohibited
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they may only be used for wagering
- Bonus contribution rates may vary by game
VIP Program & Cashback
VIP Levels & Weekly Cashback
Regular players in dhh88's five-tier VIP program receive weekly cashback. Moving up to higher tiers increases the cashback rate and unlocks additional benefits.
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
Progression through VIP tiers depends on the user's activity and participation. dhh88 may change the VIP program terms at any time.
Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Technical Errors & Malfunctioning Games
If any funds or rewards are incorrectly displayed due to a technical error, software bug, or game system fault, dhh88 reserves the right to void that transaction. Any winnings resulting from an error will not be considered valid, and the user agrees to this.
